Have you ever heard the saying "The best laid plans of mice and men often go astray!" If you have not it means don't be surprised if all your hard work and wonderful plans don't hit the mark.
For example - this morning my simple plan was to have a nice hot cup of coffee, do a bit of bible study, go the barn and ride 2 horses. Light lunch would be waiting then a little nap would be the icing on the cake.
Ponder - Ponder what I should do before I kill every living thing in my path.
Ponder, Ponder, what should I do? I try to remember my own advice to my family "always look for something beautiful" and to appreciate each and every day as the Lord has given us.
Coffee was good and the bible study was wonderful. Also my husband and family love me and give me confidence every day. That should oversee anything of inconvenience. I am healthy, happy and a child of God.
I must also remind myself to make sure my attitude is positive before I begin working with my horses as they are so sensitive and they do not deserve my bad attitude.
Thought I would share this in case anyone else has these kinds of days. My mother used to say "this too will pass". She was right.
Thank you for listening and have a good day. I saw a Cardinal today.
